do the h50 and other all in one units counts as water coolers and what about custom coolers and say ice water or dry ice in the box.

if it has water, it is considered watercooling.
but people with real watercooling would disagree-me too.
if you mod a pre built WC setup, that might count.

ice water is still watercooling-some call it cold/chilled water.
dry ice or DICE, is extreme cooling-which is also a form of watercooling-depending on how the dry ice is used.
