Hi there! even if the qool n quit and c1e is off my vcore and multiplier jumps ever minuter or so in full load.... it jumps from 200x13 - 2,6ghz to 200x6,5 - 1,3ghz and i feel it in some games when i play! my thought now is mabye it is the temperatur but it goes up to max 53C so that shoud be fine, but every time the temp hits 53 degres the computer down clocks to 200x6,5 - 1,3ghz...

have tryed to find stuffs like turbo/speedstep etc in bios but cant fins em.... plz help!

Hit it with OCCT, see if it still fluctuates in speed. Then check the temps. PCB version need be 1.01G, bios 0302 or newer. Maybe a BIOS upgrade could help if nothing else resolves it.

That fix should be included also in later versions, no need to downgrade.
You mention you have CnQ disabled (in BIOS?), so I still suspect it is down-clocking due to temp issue. Normally during OCCT test, a CPU should run flat out, if nothing hinders it.

Check also in BIOS for fan control, smartfan etc. if there is a setting that controls "Throttling".

ummmmmm are you sure about the CPU model? Phenom x4 9950 is at 2.6Ghz, I haven't seen a 9550. I am running a 9950 on an Asus M3A32-MVP Deluxe WI-FI at the moment. I have the 9850 (2.4Ghz) sitting on the shelf here, but the 9550 escapes me.

Next thing I would say is re-apply your TIM, and or get a better cooler for the CPU. 53C is hot for that CPU, and needs to be down in the 40's

If you cpu multi is jumping around I'm guessing that your mb bios needs attention , " CPU Configurations " , disable turbo, C state , cool n quiet .

Turbo Core is not an option with that CPU
