Im using

processor: AMD phenom II X4 955 BE
MB : ASUS M4N 78 pro
GPU : NVIDIA 9400 GT 1 GB
RAM : 4 GB
HARD DISk : 1 TB + 500 GB
CABINET : p4 circle 623
power fan + chassis fan + cpu fan

PROBLEM :
1) At idle conditions : cpu temp 45 to 48 degrees
system temp 33 to 36 degrees
gpu temp 45 to 49 degrees
RPM 3500 to 4500

1) At loaded condition : cpu temp 50 to 66 degrees
system temp 36 to 42 degrees
gpu temp 55 to 60 degrees
RPM 4500 to 6200

system becomes to NOISY and CPU temp is also too high
just changed the thermal compound but doesnt worked ..
what should i do to reduce cpu temp and cpu fan RPM ??

increase AIR flow into the case, reduce Ambient room temps, change CPU HSF......

same issue here ,

I have opened my sidecasing and put a fan directly on it and still same temps..
this is a brand neew processor i got .. is it possible this is a bad processor?
