I currently have a Phenom II x6 1090T with an msi 890fxa-gd70 board, and would like to know what the Max voltage for the CPU-NB is And what would should it be around 3000mhz.

This would be a question for the MSI forums. You are requesting safe temps and voltages for a chip that is on your motherboard not in relation to your CPU. You may fire back that it is an AMD chip and you are 100% correct, BUT, AMD did not design that board's silicon, nor did it design that heatsink on the board so we have no way of knowing what it's thermal dissipation rating is.

Outside of that, if there were someone on here that had your board and was up to speed on it you might get a response. Plesae bear in mind though, that this time of the year is very slow on this forum and it may take a while to get a response.
