I am having a lot of problems with the A4-3400. I am trying to play a dvd in my new home theater PC and any time there is motion the video seems to get pixelated or blurry. I am using the newest catalyst drivers, the newest direct X, windows xp, and VLC (with GPU decoding enabled). My TV tuner card and videos over internet explorer show similar problems.

I have played with most of the catalyst settings and 1280x720 looks the best, but this is unacceptable video. Anyone have any tips???
