What do I have to do to be able to aks a question to the guys on Guest Speaker Forum ?
If I try, it says I can't post there.

You will only be able to post when the Guest Speaker Forum is open for questions.
It will usually be opened a couple of days before a scheduled guest speaker event takes place - if there is no guest speaker event, the forum remains closed.
