I think it would be nice to have RMA Request form online for people who can write English but who are not as speaking to technicians over the phone (i.e. people like me who are a bit deaf...)

Also, could you please add the opening hours of your technical department in your instructions leaflets and have French speaking persons for French Canadians on the Canada/Us phone line?
That would be great...
