It was a DB translation driver error; seems to work now.

I could find no way to add a new topic and this one is the nearest to my problem so here it has to be. I have now spent two and a half weeks trying to register a faulty part for return and obtain RMA details on the Warranty page of the main uk site. To date I have been unable to get past the section for listing the problem, the questionnaire section refuses to acknowledge I've clicked on it or refuses to finalise the data after I fill out the form. Neither in Firefox nor Internet Explorer 7 can I overcome the problems with the warranty page. I am desperate to get my CPU repaired and getting very angry that I can not contact anyone nor get the warranty page to behave properly. Is there anyone on the moderators team who can address the issues with the warranty page or who can give me a contact address for returning faulty goods?

I had no luck with it either. Did you register? I suggest you phone and ask. See this page and follow the link for consumers...
