Hello everyone i have major problems with the game mainly the FPS drops are unbearable and make the game unplayable so for that reason i contacted the game support asking for help, wanted too get some answers after weeks, months of messaging they ignored the countless threads on the EU and US forums full with people like myself having same problems as me. The thing i tried was unparking my CPU cores OC, modify some of the games config files Windows reinstal etc... Nothing was helping... In the latest messages:

"If you have tried the workarounds and could also eliminate problems that could be caused by your pc" .

What i did was sending them this:

While Recommended Requirements for the game are:

Windows XP (32 Bit Only)*, Vista, 7, or 8

(Latest Service Pack)

AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ or,

INTEL Core2 Duo E6750

ATI Radeon HD 3870 or,

NVIDIA GeForce 8800GT

As a result i got this for an answer:

"It is always difficult to make an accurate analysis remotely. In addition, errors caused during remote diagnosis can potentially exacerbate the situation rather than improving it.

We therefore ask you to contact a specialist or someone in your local area with the relevant knowledge and skills.

When doing so, please always provide a detailed report of the problem and the solutions attempted so far, and also mention that the problem is related to the execution of an online game."

I really don't know what kind of an answer do they expect ?

What can i do more ?

Yes i know of that, that's why i'm here i was thinking that on these forums i will find someone an specialist just as they suggested, in my understanding they are telling me that parts of my PC aren't capable of running Tera. There for im here asking for help because for once i'm not an expert nor a specialist and don't rly know what answer do they expect, coz when you simply say the coding of the game is bad, like i mentioned you end up with an accusation that parts of my PC like the Processor or graphics are not good enough too run Tera witch is why my FPS run from 30 in towns to 0 at combat. When at the same time i can run games like Guild Wars 2 with 60+FPS and 27+ on Dragon Events. And i am here in the Tech thread asking what would a specialist say coz i do not have a damn clue.

First of all, this is not a "tech thread" this is a category for, and I quote "General discussion on the latest in games and technology," so this would need to go into the "Games and Applications Help" category. Secondly, this is a user to user forum. Thirdly the number of people who play that frankly terrible game here are very few compared to if you would go to their support forums. And finally if you did post in the right category you would have seen the thread called **STICKY** | PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING so you could give relevant information instead of a useless dxdiag report.

Ok so yea i might post it in the wrong section but if you actually read my post you would know that their support forums ignore threads like this, but if my post is that bad and out of place and there are no specialists or knowledgeable people in the forums who can somehow help me please feel free to delete the thread. I can see how the DXdiag is useless to you? but at the same time it can give you some clue about my system so i would not say its totally useless, unless you can read some of it? i do not want any flame or hate thread.

At the same time i was wrong asking for help on this forums so just please delete the thread.
