AMD Catalyst Driver Version, and Driver History

I'm currently using the latest Beta driver, but I used the more recent one before this

Operating System

64-bit Windows

Issue Details

If I try to stream with Xsplit Broadcaster or render with Sony Vegas Pro 11 and then go play something like Team Fortress 2, within about a minute my screen flashes and I get a notification saying "Display driver has stopped responding and has successfully recovered". Then, Xsplit or Sony Vegas basically break and need to be restarted in order to work properly again.

Applications and Games

So far only Xsplit Broadcaster and Sony Vegas Pro 11. I'm sure a few other programs would do this too.

Additional Details

I've been searching for answers for a long time, and all I get is "Update drivers", "Increase TdrDelay to 8", "Update Windows". None have worked. I'd really appreciate any help towards solving this issue.
