Hi everyone

I am setting up my triple monitor system wth eyefinity and am stumped!! I am running triple montiors that have 2 HDMI and one VGA inputs and my card has two MiniDP, one HDMI and one DVI. I have sorted out the two inputs with the HDMI and the DVI but now, i am not sure about the last monitor. I read that i need to have a DP running on one monitor but i am lost as to how i can go from MiniDP to DP and then to either HDMI or VGA on my monitor. I was wondering if i am incorrect in my assumption and should just get a miniDP to HDMI active adaptor or something else?

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

thank you

Like the real "stumped" told you, you must ahve an ACTIVE mDP/DP adapter in order to enable Eyefinity..

I have one from XFX, for example, but there's another manufacturers out there.. Just remember: must be an ACTIVE one..

Best regards..

This is the one I have:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814998050

And this are more examples of an active adapter:

http://www.amazon.com/Accell-B086B-002B-UltraAV-DisplayPort-Adapter/dp/B0041OEQA6/ref=sr_1_17?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1345598407&sr=1-17&keywords=active+adapter

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812226062

And so on.. Just remember: must be active, and from a decent brand..

Search on the net in your local stores to see, or ask your trusty seller.. But first, ask here, just in case..

Best regards..
