Hi,

Graphics card - firepro v4900 no overclocking or anything.

Amd Catalyst driver - 8.982.2, tried .3 but it wasn't stable for me and I reinstalled .2

Operating System - windows 7 64bit.

Issue -

10 bit problem, I'm testing it on ramp.psd file, when I open file it shows in 10 bit, when I make any action (brush stroke or just zoom in or out) it shows in 8 bit (visible banding)  to see 10bit again I need to move image.. just slightly and it works, and only this way it works, obviously this is wrong.

Applications - Photoshop cs6 

cpu - 2500k

display - Nec PA271W

motherboard - asrock z68 extreme4 gen3

system memory - 16gb samsung 

power supply - enermax 500w eco liberty

additional details - everything works fine besides 10bit issues which is only reason I bought this videocard for.
