i had my amd radeon hs 6850 for about half a year. just recently my card has been making a humming or "buzzing" noise from it. I concluded that it was the fan in the card. I dusted it and i noticed when i was dusting with compressed air, when the fan spinned fast enough it will slow down and make that humming noise. anyone know how to fix this?

whats RMA?

A procedure where you return a defective product to the manufacturer for a replacement. What you have could be dust buildup under the fan into the motor area but most likely a fan motor or bearing going out,

You could take off the plastic cover (usually with 4 screws), unless you wont break any stickers or something by doing that, warranty wont be void.. and dust it all from under there, but if everything looks fine and it still makes the noise, RMA would be the best option.
