I have an Amd Athlon II P340 Dual-Dore Processor and to have better graphics than I have now for my games, I bumped it up to this:

Used to be Balanced

If I use these settings, will it burn out? I will use it for constant gameplay. Thanks

Changing settings in no way possibly could cause harm to your GPU, you are probably mistaking it for overclocking which can cause harm when done wrong, although you may experience slower framerates, choose a balance between best image quality and smooth framerates.

So if I set it to the highest setting (image in first post, with the settings scrolled to max) and play games constantly, my graphics card won't burn out, etc?

Yes, nothing bad will happen, worst that can happen is that games may get lower framerates. Some games may also whine when Catalyst AI is maxed out, but then you can just set back the older settings.
