I have a Radeon HD 3xxx integrated into my mobo and HD 5670 connected to a PCI-E slot but It says crossfire is unavailable. Also I changed the settings in bios like in manual... hmm. It even advertises this in my mobo manual.
Maybe I am missing something?

You cannot crossfire them.. Your motherboard manual probably meant it'a crossfire compatible board. If you would have TWO (or more) HD5670's, then you could crossfire them.
