Problem
Everything was working fine for about two months, now I'm getting different colored flashing pixels that appear in random spots on desktop, in application windows, and while watching videos online in Firefox or IE. This doesn't happen when I'm playing games or watching HD movies.

Disabling Aero desktop, updating flash, Java, registry clean.

Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated.
