i have a problem with my HD 

the activity is 80% ( AND NO PROG or GAME IS OPEN )  and the Tempreture is 90c O.o 

please help me 

i have cleaned the card and its still the same and i have update it to latest vesion and its the same  

please help am woried alot 

Open task manager and see what is sucking up CPU power. Nothing uses 80% GPU power without using a good chunk of CPU time.

zion is correct, check processes, you may have something running in the background, run spyware and antivirus check, if your system is running hot also, maybe change power from high perfomance to balanced or power saver for now in order to prevent any long term damage.

You got something running in the background.

Your cpu usage 10~15% and your using around 2Gb of ram, now thats alot for just win 7. To give you an idea I sit around 2~5% cpu usage with only 1.3 Gb of ram being used and thats with iTunes going and surfing the web.

Click on the "Processes" tab and sort by CPU usage.

I have the same problem with a HD4650. but with 2% cpu usage please help me

I have exactly the same problem with Radeon 5970.

80-90% gpu usage and 70-80+ temps just while idling on the desktop or netsurfing. It's behaving as if full load during gameplay when I'm doing nothing.
