Recently my video card has been making a whining noise. I opened my case up and cleaned it but the fan still makes the noise. What can I do to fix it? Got the computer in march so it isnt that old.

Sometimes you can add a drop of oil to relub the bearings but I'm not 100% that will correct your issue.  You might want to contact the manufacturer (i.e. ASUS, XFX, MSI, Sapphire, Diamond, Galaxy, Zotac, PNY, etc) of the card to see what they would like you to do just incase you initiate an RMA down the road.

Is it a failing bearing kind of whine, or an elecronics whine kind of whine? Manually spin the fan when the computer is off, a failing bearing will produce a sort of grinding sound, and the fan won't turn quite as smoothly. Coil whine you can't eliminate, it's a part of electronics operation.

I turned the fan and it didnt make a noise. It goes away after about 10 minutes though.
