I just got a new graphics card, XFX Radeon HD 7950, and I reformatted after installing it in my computer. However, after booting and downloading all the windows updates, I tried downloading the drivers. It messed up my screen, I was getting artifacts, and it randomly went blue. I tried uninstalling the newest drivers and downloading older ones to no avail. I tried changing the screen resolution, didn't help at all.

It doesn't even show up on Dxdiag or Device Manager, but it works fine until I download the drivers. I can't play games or anything, however. I've been trying to fix this for almost 9 hours, and I just don't know what to do from now on. Please help.

Also, instead of my graphics card, it just shows  Standard VGA graphics adapter in dxdiag and device manager, so I think that has something to do with it.
