I have a new issue with my graphics card.  I was just wondering if this is a common issue.

I have red vertical bars that are everywhere on my screen.  I am able to see all colors on screen, except that half of it is covered by evenly spaced red vertical bars.  The computer functions normally.  I've updated the driver.

I have the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 in my HP Pavilion dv7 Laptop.
