Since the new update I have had crashes in every single game I play.   Some games will crash immediately (shogun total war dies as soon as campaign map appears) and some games will die at random times (Dota 2 dies anywhere from seconds into a game to dying after 3 or 4 games in a row).  Many BSODs, sometimes the games just crash though and I can use task manager...

I really wish I could just undo everything that was done in the update... I'm not sure exactly what the issue is, I just know it happened as soon as it was updated.

You can roll back your drivers to what you had previously. Easy.

I followed the link you provided/made and so far it's working. 1 game sc2, 1 game dota 2 and no issues.  Many thanks

Well it fixed most of the issues, dota has had no crashes and sc2 is good... but shogun total war is still not working at all, and has actually had some trouble the entire time I've had this card... oh well

Shogun Total War is a very old game, almost 13 years old. For games that old it is best to spend $100 or so and build a "legacy PC" with Windows 98 and Windows XP, and a cheap KVM switch or a spare mouse, keyboard, and monitor connection, looking at something in the nVidia 8800 or AMD X850/X1950 graphics card.
