Hey Everyone,I just recently noticed that my Radeon 6870 is running @ x4 instead of x16. I use GPU-Z 0.6.6, Saphire Trixx 4.3, and ADIA64 and they all say the same thing that the 6870 is running @ x4 2.0. In AMD Vision Engine Control Center ----> Information -----> Hardware it says that my max bus setting is PCI Express 2.0 x4. I have cleaned all my contacts on the card and cleaned out my PCIE x16_1 slot to no avail, updated my bios to the latest version, and updated my video drivers to the lastest version 12.10, but still showing x4 2.o. I installed an old Nvidia card that I had and it shows x16 @ 1.1 so I know that the PCIE x16 lane is working correctly. Has anyone came across someting like this before or do you guys think that my card is going out?
