Hi, 

I just got my XFX 7950 and on driver installation I have errors. The driver will install but Catalyst Control Center gives this error "Catalyst Control Center cannot be started. There are currently no settings that can be configured using Catalyst Control Center. 

I've tried re installing, and downloading previous version and yet still im getting this error. Ive also tried installed the latest .NET framework, saw on another post that was needed. Any fixes?

Hi...you need to supply some basic information about your computer before anyone can try to be of assistance.

Please supply the following:

1. AMD graphics card(s)
2. Operating system
3. Processor
4. Power supply (make and model)
5. System RAM (amount)
6. If this is a laptop furnish make and model

Heres my error report after installation:

First of all run driver fusion/sweeper to make sure you have removed all remanents of the previous graphics card.

Make sure your .net framework says version 4.5

Ok, ive done as instructed and the display driver installed! But the HDMI/DP Audio Driver didnt install, that failed as before. Anything else I can try?

I'm having the same exact problem launching CCC, even after following those instructions to the T numerous times. I have an HD 6870.

Did you install the netframework before you tried to install the new drivers?

It's a problem with .Net not loading the assemblies or loading corrupt ones; google the problem and see how many other people have this problem.

Once during updating drivers I ran into the same issue, go into safe-mode, uninstall any .net packages you could, reinstall them, use driver sweeper/fusion, whichever you like more to get rid of any AMD related drivers (optionally you may also use msicuu2.exe first), then start windows normally, install drivers, reboot when prompted and done!
