Issue Details: 

When the monitor turns off after some minutes, the graphic card's fan starts stopping and working every 10-15 seconds that makes loud noise because of the fan's first time working.
It's a problem when the graphic card goes to ZeroCore. How to fix it?

Finally I found the problem:

It was because of an animated tray icon even when it wasn't change.
So I set it to static to force it not to show the internet traffic then ZeroCore is working fine!
Everybody have problem try to find what programs interference with it.
