As the title reads, my 7950 seems to be stuck at 500 or 300 mhz (currently 500 mhz). I'm not playing any videos on my second screen, as I've seen that has been the cause of this problem with other people. I've tried the included drivers on the cd that came with the card, the current ones on amd's website, and even the 12.11 beta drivers. No dice. This is very irritating and I don't plan on purchasing any more AMD products after this experience. I have had other unsatisfying encounters with AMD products prior to this btw.
