Your card requires a 450 watt power supply minimum. What is the brand and model number of your PS?

You should get a little bit more powerful psu than some component thinks is 'the best minimum', if you go to a store to buy a 100€ product and you only bring exactly 100€, what happens if while you take the trip to the store, the price gets raised to 100,95€..  I'm not sure BFG is the best brand, in your situation I would go with a 500w seasonic/corsair/xfx.
