I recently upgraded to a Radeon 7870 (PowerColor version).  I plugged it in, and as I am browsing the internet or using Windows Explorer, I get these dancing pixels.  Along with that, when I play a game (I tried it with Deus Ex: Human Revolution and TF2) I get these weird flashes across my screen.  Now the games run perfectly fine, but they are unplayable with the flashing.  I have tried updating my drivers, to no success.  Any help on this subject would be much appreciated.

Windows 7- 64 Bit

AMD FX-4100 3.6 Ghz

8 Gigs Corsair XMS3 memory

Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3 Motherboard

800W Power Supply

Sounds like a faulty card. Try it in another computer.

Yeah.  I called up Cyberpower, who I ordered it from, and they said the same thing.  They told me to RMA it.  Thanks!
