My initial advice is to review the Sticky at the top of category. Try to provide more information about the problem, and provide details about your system.

I agree with Marc, that more information is definitely helpful, but I intermittently get this error on my old Vista laptop, and popping the disc out and back in takes care of it. Weird, but effective. Try that out, and if it still pops up, provide some supporting information for us to work with.
