Hi All, new to the forum and i have an issue with my newly upgraded HD7950.
The problem is this - In game(BF3, BFBC2) my FPS wll be fine (Regardless of High-Low graphics settings in game) however i have a stutter which makes it almost unplayable. Please see the video below and the rest of the card machine details below too. Any help appreciated!

It feels like, when moving around and watching AI in game, its moving, then stopping for a breif second and carrying on. Almost like lag but all the time and minor.
I've just had a full clean reinstall of Win7 64bit also as the problem was there before hand aswell - still no luck.
