I have had my graphic card for almost 3 years now. It's been flawless without any problems, but most recently I bought a new hard drive and installed windows 7 onto it, downloaded the ATI drivers etc. Was working flawless with NBA 2k13. 

But then I purchased a racing wheel for my computer, and when I later tried to install Dirt 3  it kept crashing, even though it too ran flawless before. 

So I downloaded new drivers, thats where the problem comes in. During my installation of the new drivers the screen began to flicker as usual, but then I received a blue screen and ever since I have not been able to install Catalyst control center nor ati drivers, it just says that its not able to install it.

Make sure your netframework is current...4.5 version
