does playing css my graphic cards temp shows 40 c ??

amd HD 6670

but maybe i need a bether psu with dual graphics ?

There is no problem with 40C temps. 60-70+C under load is common. If they go over 80C you can start to worry.

Without you telling us what psu you are using there is no way of knowing if you need more power or not.

AMD A8-3850 with radeon HD graphics( 4 cores). Dual graphics. 11 directx
8 gb. ram (4gb+4gb) (DDR3 1600mhz xyper x)
HDD -500gb.

400w is meaningless. Make model is meaningful.
