I want to use 2 radeon hd 7950 in Crossfire, but I have a Asus hd 7950 DCUII at the moment which uses 3 Slots, so there isnt´t any place for a 3 slot card anymore. Because of that I have to use a gigabyte hd 7950, because it just needs 2 slots. But is it possibil to use the same GPU of different Labels ?

You can, but it's recommended to clock them both equally
