Hi i have just installed windows 7 64 bit on my pc , installed all the updatez , the motherboard drivers , everything is fine and working perfectly ! Then i onstall the graphics card drivers either from the cd or from the amd website , they both have the same effect. Whem i install the drivers everything seems ok then when it requires a system reboot all i get on the desktop is the windows logo in the middle of the screen , no start , no icons just the background !

I have tried to remove all the drivers and re install , re install windows , remove and re seat the video card all to no avail , any help would be much appreciated ! 

Ps . This setup was all working up until re installing windows so i dont think its a hardware issue !
