Issue Details
I am using this Nettop as HTPC. I run this machine with Windows 7 Pro x64 very well. As HTPC-Software is XBMC used.
Since I made a clean install of Windows 8 Pro x64 I noticed that the performance is drastically less than I experienced with Windows 7. Especially XBMC works less performant and playing 1080p movies works but is not as fluid as you would describe as very good or perfect. The sound cracks sometimes for milliseconds and in general the playback is slightly choppy.
