Hi I have HD Radeon 6950 2GB Graphic card.
I have updated from catalist 12.1 to 13.1 and now his serial changed from "  HD Radeon 6950 2GB " into "0x1002-0x6719 PCIE" What is it? is it good?bad?and why did this happened and how?

It's not something you have to worry about, unless it stopped working at the same time. It's just a registry entry. You can change it, if you really want to, though it's not worth the effort.

Can you tell me how to change? I Would really like to change it and put the old value but i dont know what value to put in and where its place to change the value

Easiest solution:

I would download both 12.1 and 13.1, extract them, and compare the 2 .inf files with Total Commander. The location of the missing entry should be visible then, and it should be possible to add it using notepad or any text editor. Then a driver update would refresh the not-so-easy-to-find registry entry.
