I'm now building new computer.. so i've got my 8350 and other parts now only GPU is left (im using temporarly vga ati x1300 ) so i want to buy radeon 7950. And my question is: does anyone know if 8 series will come before April this year, because 7 series will disappear from the store and i don't want to spend more on 8 series? 

Only AMD knows when they will be released and what improvements will be seen. Rumors say Q2 2013 which mean April-June, but card manufacturers a month or so will cut or stop production of HD 7000 series cards (except those who make them for the OEM market for Dell and the rest), but supply won't dry up before an official launch date.

Edit: Apparently there are new rumors and reports that the only new card between now and late Q3 or early Q4 would be the GeForce Titan from nVidia and possibly the HD 7990.
