Issue Details
Ever since upgrading to this video card a year ago, my video play for Windows Media Center hasn't worked.  It will display videos in the list correctly and play the audio just fine, but the picture itself is just black.  This also seems to happen to embedded video in my browser as well.

I noticed the change in WMC after installing this video card.  Have waited a year assuming updates would correct this...but no.
