Sorry For My Bad English,
I am having problem since 1-2months with windows 8 and radeon 7400m
i have intel 3000 and dedicated amd radeon 7400m graphic driver

i have uninstalled all then reinstalled latest driver from amd still not working
please help me i want to solve this out or else i have to format which will be worst (because i have farcry3,fifa13,nfs mw2,darksiders 2,lol and many other which i dont wanna lose) please HELP ME :\

Download the drivers from your laptops website. Some manufacturers make their own modifications in the drivers to fit their hardware, so the drivers from AMD wouldn't work that well if at all.
