Ok I'm not sure what the heck happened but I updated my drivers to 13.1 (6 times now mind you, even redownloaded the file 3 times) did driver sweeper/driver fusion in safe mode each time. And each and every time the first time I install 13.1 it says there are errors, but going to the log there is nothing. It reboots seems fine, but I have no Catalyst Control Center. If I reinstall again without cleaning it'll install but not say anything about errors and still no CCC. What's going on? Besides the obvious uses for CCC I need it for the overscan/underscan since my monitor is funky without it.
