Issue Details
When playing multiple games (Diablo 3, Starcraft 2, Total War Shogun 2) the screen seems to roll like film in a projector. The screen/frames keep moving up but the game doesn't lock. If i can stand to look at it I can click buttons with the mouse etc but obviously it is unplayable this way. It only does it in fullscreen. I have tried taking one of the 6990s out but that didn't help. I had no problems playing with one 6990 on windows 7 64 bit but I can't remember the version of CCC I was using then.
