I just recently configurated and purchased a new system which included the Raedon 6450 graphics card. The DVI port works fine but I am having difficulty getting signal to another LCD monitor via the VGA port. It detects the display in the AMD Vision Engine Control Center but it is showing it as a CRT and it is disabled. I have tried everything that I can think of but no luck so far. I am able to extend my desktop to the second monitor and am able to move my mouse onto it but I cannot see anything there, it is just a blank screen. Here is my system data:

Graphics Card
AMD Raedon HS 6450 1GB DDR3 PCIE (No overclocking)
Driver Version
AMD Vision Engine Control Center Ver. 1219.1521.27485

Operating System
Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-Bit

Gigabyte GA-970A-D3 AM3+ Crossfire USB 3.0 SATA 3

Power Supply
Xtremegear 600 Watt 80 Plus

Display Device(s) and Connection(s) Used
HP S2031 on DVI port
AOC 917SW on VGA port

CPU Details
8-core OEM AMD FX-8120 3.1ghz (No overclocking)

Motherboard BIOS Version
GBT-42302e31 Award Modular BIOS v6.00PG

System Memory Type & Amount
2x4GB DDR3/1600mhz

Additional Hardware
2TB SATA III 6GB/S 7200RPM 64MB cache 3.5" HD
Onboard 7.1 sound
Samsung 24x DVDRW
ASETEK 510LC 120MM watercooler
120mm case fan

Additional Details
I have tried plugging the VGA cable into the HP display and achieved the same results (blank display) as with the AOC. I have not tried the HDMI port yet because I don't have a monitor with an HDMI input on it at the moment. I would like to avoid having to buy another monitor if I can help it but I suppose that could be an option if all else fails. I tried to install a driver for the AOC monitor but was unsuccessful as I was only able to find one for use with Windows Vista. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
