I just recently configurated and purchased a new system which included the Raedon 6450 graphics card. The DVI port works fine but I am having difficulty getting signal to another LCD monitor via the VGA port. It detects the display in the AMD Vision Engine Control Center but it is showing it as a CRT and it is disabled. I have tried everything that I can think of but no luck so far. I am able to extend my desktop to the second monitor and am able to move my mouse onto it but I cannot see anything there, it is just a blank screen. Here is my system data:

I have tried plugging the VGA cable into the HP display and achieved the same results (blank display) as with the AOC. I have not tried the HDMI port yet because I don't have a monitor with an HDMI input on it at the moment. I would like to avoid having to buy another monitor if I can help it but I suppose that could be an option if all else fails. I tried to install a driver for the AOC monitor but was unsuccessful as I was only able to find one for use with Windows Vista. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
