HI.

My radeon hd 6850 has been overheating since a reapir man opend the GPU case and changed thermal paste.
I also changed thermal paste a few days ago (used Xilence) and it still on full load temp reaches around 100 C . before any paste changes i had 88C while playing skyrim or world of tanks on ultra settings.  and now on low setting it gets 95-100C.
I dont have water cooling and air flow is in range 22-31.

I have an Asus EAH 6850 Radeon graphics card. When mine was over heating it was because I didnt have fan control setup with Smartdoctor correctly. If thats not the case make sure the fan is plugged in on thge card. It couldve came loose. Ive taken mine apart and cleaned the fan and heatsink in it and temps for it always ran cooler after cleaning. good luck.
