I'm simply wondering if my system requirements, PSU in particular, are well enough for a 7970 GPU specifically this one from XFX:

Overclock the i5, otherwise good, motherboard isnt PCI-E 3.0, but at 2.0 you aren't at a significant loss, psu is a very good choice.
