Hi,
I have a strange problem with the graphic card HIS HD6970 Fan 2GB GDDR5 PCI-E (H697F2G2M).
In some games (a few) there are strange problems with this::
-image is a black frame around
-image is then like a little red
-videos to bind
-the game is lagging
-all like blurry

Effects, no matter whether they are on or off, or minimum or ultra is
the same :/

For example, in Battlefield enough to change the resolution on a larger,
return to the previous and it was normal.
I play at a resolution of 1680x1050, I have a LG M2262D monitor.

What can be the reason? I reinstalled the drivers, I changed the
resolution and effects, and some games are so still can not play.
games such as Driver SF, Crysis 2, BF3.

Problems there is in windows 7 HP x64 and windows 8 Pro x64
Catalyst 13.2 beta  but also in the previous versions of a problem

Have you had this issue long? What driver version are you using? I think you should try a clean install of your graphics suite. Here is one way to do it > http://forums.amd.com/game/messageview.cfm?catid=444&threadid=162444&enterthread=y  pay special attention to the .netframeworks requirement for latest drivers and update if necessary before trying to install the new drivers.

Also, don't use the auto-install thing. Follow steps 1-4 and download drivers. http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx

Driver version 13.2

I cleaned the system with the drivers, but that did not help. Without drivers, still having the same problem. I noticed that the driver did not uploaded, the picture is like this. Maybe it's the card?

I changed to another cable: DVI - HDMI changed to HDMI - HDMI and it's not the fault of the cable.
