I currently have a HD5670 connected via HDMI to two HDTVs capable of 1080p and 60Hz . In Duplicate (clone) mode, the highest refresh rate I can get at 1080p is 24 Hz.

Is this a limitation of the HD5670 video card?

If so, what is the minimum ATI card that will drive my two HDTVs in Duplicate mode at 1080p and 60Hz?

Will a HD7750 be able to accomplish this?

I can't imagine that's actually a limitation of the 5670.  There has to be something else going on.  You should be able to run both displays at full resolution with no problem.

Can you provide some more details?

On further troubleshooting, I found that one of my HDTVs was reporting EDID info incorrectly. It was reporting 1080p at 60Hz when it could actually do that resolution only at 24Hz.

Problem solved.
