Issue Details
On "FarCry 3" game the shadows looks weird, whereas a friend of mine having nearly the same computer with a Radeon 7950 have nice ones.
The shadows look like that with any settings, except that the most high the shadows setting is, the smaller are the distance between the shadows's strings. (see pictures)
Vsync or AntiAliasing doesn't change anything...
The most flagrant is on cars, so I took a few pictures of how the shadows look like with different angles :

Applications and Games
The shadows flicker a little on Fallout 3 and Oblivion, but on FarCry it is really flagrant.

Deep Antivirus scan, drivers up to date, clean Windows, with only what is used installed, controled launched applications on startup.
Tried a lot of settings in FarCry 3 to optimize performances but I've always seen shadows like this.
