Dear All another Hobo asking for assistance.

Purchased a system with a HD 7850 2MB card in it.

Loaded Windows 7 then the Catalyst software.  When the PC boots up it gets to the Windows start up screen then goes black.  Monitor does not power off just sits unitil I press a key then Num Lock goes off and still no response.

Reboot in safe mode remove the HD 7850 driver and the PC comes back with VDA.  I tried running with Win 8 before sending the PC back to supplier as it had the same issue.

I Dont know where to go with this.

Bios updated downloaded latest drivers from the site but the same everytime.

Had the system back to supplier they say OK. But I expect that they just booted the system up and nothing else.  Dont want an expensive card that just runs VGA?
