I have an extended desktop, two monitors connected to the same card (one with adapter), the need to run the program expanded to view the cameras. The application as well as a preview of IE 8 does not work unless the extended desktop - the image freezes, freezes, not assets left. Other applications or YouTube videos work fine, but the application (camera), and a preview of IE is not "active".

My question is simple - WHY?

I do not know on what basis is the projected image of the cameras ... What to look for, how to ask a question, and perhaps the fault of the video card?

The thing only happens in the extended desktop on the primary is OK.

I played with resolutions, refresh, override functions, 3D, various options but to no avail. I have no idea where to put your hands ...
