Hello All,

I have an amd radeon hd 6970 graphics card in a newer computer that has run beautifully on everything i have thrown at it - gaming, photoshop, etc... I recently installed Rhinoceros 5.0, which is an Open GL 3D modelling software.  It seems like the graphics card is not a fan of this program, or vice versa.  I usually get about 5-10 minutes of seamless operation from the program before:

a. the computer completely freezes or

b. i get the note "amd driver has stopped working and successfully recovered". 

i am assuming its the graphics card because of this note.

any ideas? maybe its an issue of software type-card compatibility?
