Any ideas for solving the stuttering problem in FIFA13 on HD 7870 ?

Had HD4870 before the upgrade, was working smooth.

Now I tried everything I could find on the Internet, I tried all the drivers starting from 12.4 and ending with 13.1, tried to force some game settings from ccc, like MSAA, vsync, tripple buffering.

Also tried some stuff from the game settings.

Tried disabling windows aero, disabling vsync, locking frame rate to 60 fps. Nothing helped, I am desperate, don't know what else I could try.
